Hi, we're Jay and Co., or otherwise known as Jamirik and Hallie - the duo behind the cameras!
Jamirik’s passion for videography began in high school in Rowlett, Texas, where he founded JayMirik Studios and started creating films and visual content. He later earned a degree in Digital Filmmaking from the University of Central Arkansas, where he produced marketing videos for sports teams and musicians while also directing award-winning short films.
During this time, Jamirik developed a strong foundation in cinematic storytelling, commercial video production, and professional videography — skills that continue to shape the work of Jay & Co Films today.
Hallie, a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Recreation Administration, joined Jamirik and began expanding the photography side of the business. Together they grew JayMirik Studios into a full-service creative team offering professional photography and videography for weddings, businesses, and events.
In 2024, JayMirik Studios rebranded to Jay & Co Films to better reflect the services they love providing today — including wedding videography, wedding photography, commercial video production, and portrait photography.
Today, Jay & Co Films is proud to serve clients in Gonzales and across Central Texas. After recently relocating to the Gonzales area, Jamirik and Hallie are excited to work with local couples, businesses, and organizations to create cinematic wedding films, professional marketing videos, and high-quality photography.
